Listen to the Push Poll Call
As we reported earlier, a company called "Southwest Opinion Research" made calls on Friday and Saturday to resident to "ask questions about some recent developments in your neighborhood."

To listen to the recording of the Push Poll caller as he calls a resident living near Northcross Mall.
You will only hear the voice of the caller.
This was recorded on Saturday, January 20, 2007. We assert that the polling company had seemingly tempered their argumentative approach, which was widely reported in calls made on Friday night.
With this recording, you can hear for yourself the opinions put forth by the caller:
1. It is an opinion that the mall area had been zoned for anything like a 225,085 sq. ft. 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercenter.
2. It is an opinion that the owner has met all zoning and legal requirements, since we have publicly declared that the site plan is an illegal site plan.
This call starkly contrasts with the approach RG4N followed when conducting its neighborhood survey.
It also falls short of developing any developer-citizen dialogue, which was the primary goal of the 60-day moratorium deal the council members Leffingwell and Martinez announced that they had brokered with Lincoln Property Company and Wal-Mart.
Thank you to all our volunteers for braving the weather to help us conduct the polls.
Our online survey is now closed - Thank you for voicing your opinions.
